ABSTRACT

Bag standards at home and abroad were firstly introduced in this article, including quality standards, testing method standards, management system standards and technical trade barriers.
Standard has key and optimistic effects on industry upgrade, brands construction and technical innovation. Furthermore, the optimistic effect of standards on promoting the upgrade of leather industries in Shiling was illustrated.
